As a senior Product Designer, you create effective and creative UI/UX solutions for digital products. Collaborating with Product Researchers, Product Owners, and other Designers, you play a key role in international product development across our six lotteries. You bring innovative, user-centric solutions that align with business goals. And every day at work, you’ll be doing your part for all the charities we support.

As Senior Product Designer, you’ll:

• Collaborate on Design Ops with the Product Design Lead, and support the Design System team.
• Design customer-facing platforms and contribute to strategic, future-proof designs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Researchers, Managers, and other Product Designers; coach and mentor junior/medior designers.
• Inform design strategies by investigating market trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Ensure efficient decision-making with key stakeholders and provide detailed, constructive feedback to developers.

You’d describe yourself as follows:

• Visually strong designer focused on creating highly appealing and effective solutions.
• Holds a design-related bachelor’s or master’s degree with 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience.
• Proficient in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design; inspires innovation beyond minimal requirements.
• Experienced with Figma and Design Systems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaborative skills.
• A monthly salary indication between €5,900,- and €6,600,- based on a 40-hour week and flexible working hours.
